കൊല്ലം: കടയ്ക്കല് കാഞ്ഞിരംമൂട്ടില് വാഹനപരിശോധനയ്ക്കിടെ നിര്ത്താതെ പോയ ബൈക്ക് യാത്രികനു നേര്ക്ക് പോലിസുകാരന് ലാത്തികൊണ്ട് എറിഞ്ഞു. ഏറ് കൊണ്ട് നിയന്ത്രണം വിട്ടതിനെ തുടര്ന്ന് ബൈക്ക് എതിര്ദിശയിലൂടെ വന്ന ഇന്നോവ കാറില് ഇടിച്ചുമറിഞ്ഞു.
ഗുരുതരമായി പരിക്കേറ്റ ബൈക്ക് യാത്രികന് സിദ്ദിഖ്(19)നെ തിരുവനന്തപുരം മെഡിക്കല് കോളേജില് പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചു. സിദ്ദിഖിന്റെ തലയ്ക്കാണ് ഗുരുതര പരിക്കേറ്റതെന്നാണ് സൂചന. തീവ്രപരിചരണ വിഭാഗത്തിലാണ് സിദ്ദിഖ് ഇപ്പോഴുള്ളത്. Nov 28, 2019 രാവിലെ പതിനൊന്നുമണിയോടെയാണ് സംഭവം.
സിദ്ദിഖിനു നേര്ക്ക് ലാത്തിയെറിഞ്ഞ കടയ്ക്കല് സ്റ്റേഷനിലെ സിപിഒ ചന്ദ്രമോഹനെ അന്വേഷണ വിധേയമായി സസ്പെന്ഡ് ചെയ്തു. കൊല്ലം റൂറല് എസ്പി ഹരിശങ്കറിന്റെതാണ് നടപടി. റോഡിന്റെ വളവില്നിന്നായിരുന്നു പോലിസിന്റെ പരിശോധന. ഇത് സിദ്ദിഖിന്റെ കണ്ണില്പ്പെട്ടിരുന്നില്ല. ബൈക്കിനു മുന്നിലേക്ക് ചന്ദ്രമോഹന് എത്തിയെങ്കിലും സിദ്ദിഖിന് നിര്ത്താന് സാധിച്ചില്ല. തുടര്ന്നാണ് ചന്ദ്രമോഹന് ലാത്തിയെറിഞ്ഞത്. ഇതോടെ ബൈക്ക് നിയന്ത്രണംവിട്ട് കാറില് ഇടിക്കുകയും സിദ്ദിഖ് റോഡിലേക്ക് തെറിച്ചു വീഴുകയുമായിരുന്നു.
സംഭവത്തെ തുടര്ന്ന് നാട്ടുകാര് റോഡ് ഉപരോധിച്ചു. കടയ്ക്കല് സ്റ്റേഷനില് വെച്ച് ചര്ച്ചകള് നടത്താമെന്ന ഉറപ്പിനെ തുടര്ന്നാണ് ഇവര് പിരിഞ്ഞുപോകാന് തയ്യാറായത്. വാഹന പരിശോധനയ്ക്കിടെ നിര്ത്താതെ വാഹനങ്ങളെ പിന്തുടര്ന്ന് പിടിക്കാന് ശ്രമിക്കരുതെന്ന് ഹൈക്കോടതിയുടെ നിര്ദേശമുണ്ട്. ഇതിന്റെ ലംഘനമാണ് ഇവിടെ സംഭവിച്ചത്.

Kollam: A policeman threw a knife at the Kadijkal Kanjiramuttu when he was on his way to a motorcycle during a vehicle inspection. After losing control of the seven, the bike crashed into the Innova car which was coming in the opposite direction.
ReplyDeleteThe seriously injured bike rider Siddique, 19, has been admitted to the Thiruvananthapuram Medical College. Siddique's head is said to have been seriously injured. Siddique is currently in the intensive care unit. The incident occurred at about 11:00 am on Nov. 28, 2019.
The CPO of Kadakkal Station, Chandra Mohan, has been suspended under investigation for allegedly throwing lath at Siddique. The action was taken by SP Harishankar. The police checked the road. This was not in Siddique's eyes. Chandra Mohan reached the bike but Siddique could not stop. It was then that Chandramohan threw the lathi. The bike fell out of control and crashed into the Siddique road.
The locals blocked the road following the incident. The two had agreed to leave after a meeting with the shopkeeper. The High Court has instructed the police not to stop the vehicle and try to follow it. This is a violation of the law.
