തിരുവനന്തപുരം (13-06-2020):ജില്ലയിൽ വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച വിവിധ വാഹനാപകടങ്ങളിലായി മൂന്ന് പേർ മരിച്ചു. മരുതിക്കുന്ന് പലവക്കോട് മുഹമ്മദ്ഫൈസി (20), പ്ലാമൂട് മൈപറമ്പ് കുന്നുംപുറത്തു വീട്ടിൽ വാമദേവൻ നായർ (57) ,തമിഴ്നാട് കന്യാകുമാരി വിളവംകോട് സ്വദേശി സ്റ്റീഫന്രാജ് (42) എന്നിവരാണ്വ്യത്യസ്ത വാഹനാപകടങ്ങളിലായി മരിച്ചത് ആറ്റിങ്ങല് നിര്ത്തിയിട്ടിരുന്ന ടിപ്പര്ലോറിക്കുപിന്നില്തമിഴ്നാട്ടില് നിന്ന് ചുടുകല്ല് കയറ്റിവന്ന ലോറിയിടിച്ചാണ് ക്ലീനറായ സ്റ്റീഫൻരാജ് മരിച്ചത്. ആറ്റിങ്ങല് മൂന്നുമുക്കില് 12-06-2020 വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച പുലർച്ചെ 2.30-നാണ് സംഭവം. ദേശീയപാതയുടെ വികസനവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ജോലികള്ക്കായി നിര്ത്തിയിട്ടിരുന്ന ടിപ്പര്ലോറിയുടെ പിന്നിലാണ് ചുടുകല്ല് കയറ്റിവന്ന ലോറി ഇടിച്ചത്. ഇടിയുടെ ആഘാതത്തില് ലോറിയുടെ മുന്വശം തകര്ന്നുപോയി. ക്യാബിനില് കുടുങ്ങിപ്പോയ ഡ്രൈവര് അപ്പുക്കുട്ടനെയും സ്റ്റീഫന്രാജിനെയും ആറ്റിങ്ങല് അഗ്നിരക്ഷാസേനയെത്തിയാണ് പുറത്തെടുത്തത്. ഗുരുതരമായി പരിക്കേറ്റ സ്റ്റീഫന്രാജിനെ ഉടന് മെഡിക്കല് കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രിയിലെത്തിച്ചെങ്കിലും മരിച്ചു. അപ്പുക്കുട്ടനെ വലിയകുന്ന് താലൂക്ക് ആശുപത്രിയില് പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചു. ഇയാളുടെ പരിക്ക് ഗുരുതരമല്ല.കിളിമാനൂർ ബൈക്ക് നിയന്ത്രണം തെറ്റി മറിഞ്ഞാണ് മുഹമ്മദ് ഫൈസി മരിച്ചത്. ഒപ്പം സഞ്ചരിച്ച നാവായിക്കുളം വൈരമല ഈഞ്ചവിള വീട്ടിൽ ഉമറുൽ ഫാറൂക്ക് (15), തട്ടുപാലം ആസിഫ് മൻസിലിൽ ആസിഫ് (19) എന്നിവർക്ക് പരിക്കേറ്റു. നാവായിക്കുള- തുമ്പോട് റോഡിൽ ഐറ്റിൻച്ചിറയ്ക്കു സമീപം വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച രാവിലെ ഏഴോടെയാണ് അപകടം. ബന്ധുവിന്റെ മരണവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് മൂവരും ബൈക്കിൽ പോകവെ ഒരാളുടെ തലയിൽനിന്ന് തൊപ്പി തെറിച് റോഡിൽ വീണു. അത് എടുക്കാനായി ബൈക്ക് നിർത്താൻ ശ്രമിക്കവെ നിയന്ത്രണം തെറ്റി മറിയുകയായിരുന്നു.കല്ലിൽ തലയിടിച്ച് ഗുരുതര പരിക്കേറ്റ ഫൈസിയെ നാട്ടുകാർ മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രിയിലെത്തിച്ചെങ്കിലും രക്ഷിക്കാനായില്ല. പരിക്കേറ്റവരെ സ്വകാര്യ ആശുപത്രിയിൽ പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചു.കഴക്കൂട്ടം റോഡ് മുറിച്ച് കടക്കവേ ബൈക്ക് ഇടിച്ചാണ് വാമദേവൻ നായർ മരിച്ചത്. വ്യാഴാഴ്ച വൈകിട്ട് 7.30ന് പ്ലാമൂട് ജങ്ഷനിലാണ് അപകടം. പോത്തൻകോട് നിന്ന് വീട്ടിലേക്കു മടങ്ങുകയായിരുന്ന വാമദേവൻ നായരെ റോഡ് മറികടക്കുന്നതിനിടെ അമിത വേഗതയിലെത്തിയ ബൈക്ക് ഇടിച്ചു തെറിപ്പിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. ഗുരുതര പരുക്കേറ്റ ഇയാളെ ഉടൻ മെഡിക്കൽ കോളജ് ആശുപത്രിയിൽ എത്തിച്ചെങ്കിലും തീവ്രപരിചരണ വിഭാഗത്തിൽ ചികിൽസയിലിരിക്കെ രാത്രി 12ഓടെ മരിച്ചു.
Thiruvananthapuram (13-06-2020): Three persons were killed in various road accidents in the district on Friday. The deceased have been identified as Maruthikunnu Palavakkode Muhammed Faizi (20), Plamood Myparambu Kunnumpurathu Veetil Vamadevan Nair (57) and Tamil Nadu Kanyakumari Vilavankodu Stephenraj (42) who were killed in separate road accidents. The incident took place at 2.30am on Friday 12-06-2020 at Attingal Three. The lorry carrying the bricks hit the back of a tipper lorry which was parked for work related to the development of the national highway. The front of the lorry collapsed due to the impact of the thunder. Attingal firefighters rescued the driver, Appukuttan, and Stephen Raj, who were trapped in the cabin. Stephen Raj, who was critically injured, was rushed to a medical college hospital but died later. Appukuttan was admitted to Valiyakunnu Taluk Hospital. His injury is not serious. Mohammad Faizi died when his bike went out of control in Kilimanoor. Umarul Farooq (15) and Asif Manzilil Asif (19) were injured in the incident. The accident took place on the Navaikkula-Thumpot road near Aitinchira around 7 am on Friday. In connection with the death of a relative, the trio were riding their bikes when a hat fell from their head and fell on the road. Faizi was rushed to the Medical College Hospital by the locals but could not be rescued. The injured were admitted to a private hospital. Vamdevan Nair was killed when his bike collided with a road crossing Kazhakoottam. The accident happened at 7.30pm on Thursday at Plamouth Junction. Vamdevan Nair, who was returning home from Pothencode, was hit by a speeding bike while crossing the road. He was rushed to a medical college hospital with serious injuries but died at 12 at night while being treated in the intensive care unit.
