| നാമക്കൽ(30-05-2020): കൊവിഡ് ലോക്ക്ഡൗണിനെ തുടർന്ന് നാട്ടിലേക്ക് മടങ്ങിയ മലയാളി യുവാക്കൾ കാറപകടത്തിൽ മരിച്ചു. തമിഴ്നാട്ടിലെ നാമക്കലിലാണ് അപകടം നടന്നത്. നിയന്ത്രണം വിട്ട കാർ മീഡിയനിൽ ഇടിച്ചായിരുന്നു അപകടം.കൊല്ലം ജില്ലയിലെ കൊട്ടാരക്കര സ്വദേശിയായ ജിജോ തോമസ്, കൊല്ലം സ്വദേശി ജിനു വർഗീസ് എന്നിവരാണ് മരിച്ചത്. ബെംഗളൂരുവിൽ നിന്നാണ് ഇവർ യാത്ര പുറപ്പെട്ടത്. ഇന്ന് പുളിയറ ചെക്ക്പോസ്റ്റ് വഴിയാണ് ഇവർ കേരളത്തിലേക്ക് കടക്കേണ്ടിയിരുന്നത് Namakkal (30-05-2020): Malayalee youths who returned home after the Kovid lockdown died in a car accident.
