06-06-2020 ശനിയാഴ്ച വൈകീട്ട് ആറുമണിയോടെ ചാലിശ്ശേരി ഖദീജ മൻസിൽ ബസ്സ്റ്റോപ്പിന് സമീപത്തായിരുന്നു അപകടം. പട്ടാമ്പി ഭാഗത്തുനിന്ന് വരികയായിരുന്ന കാർ എതിരേവരികയായിരുന്ന മറ്റൊരുകാറുമായി കൂട്ടിമുട്ടുകയായിരുന്നു. കുന്നംകുളം ഭാഗത്തേക്ക് പോകുകയായിരുന്ന കാറിന്റെ പിൻവശവും പട്ടാമ്പി ഭാഗത്തേക്ക് പോകുകയായിരുന്ന കാറിന്റെ മുൻവശവുമാണ് തകർന്നത്. കുന്നംകുളം ഭാഗത്തേക്ക് പോകുകയായിരുന്ന കാറിലെ പിൻസീറ്റിലായിരുന്നു നിവേദിത. കാറിന്റെ എയർബാഗുകൾ പ്രവർത്തിച്ചതിനാൽ മുൻവശത്ത് ഇരുന്നവർ പരിക്കുകളോടെ രക്ഷപ്പെടുകയായിരുന്നെന്ന് പോലീസ് പറഞ്ഞു.
Pattambi (07-06-2020): A man was killed in a head-on collision on the Pattambi-Kunnamkulam road. Two people were injured. The deceased has been identified as Nivedita (Fathima-26), wife of Perinthalmanna Poopalam Manathumangalam Kalipadan Aminikattu Amin. She is a native of Edappally, Ernakulam.

06-06-2020 The accident took place near Chalissery Khadeeja Manzil bus stop at 6 pm on Saturday. A car coming from Pattambi side collided with another car coming from the opposite direction. The rear of the car heading towards Kunnamkulam and the front of the car heading towards Pattambi were damaged. The victim was in the back seat of a car heading towards Kunnamkulam. Police said the occupants of the car escaped with injuries as the car's airbags worked.
