വിവാഹം കഴിഞ്ഞ വരനെയും വധുവിനെയും വധുവിന്റെ വീട്ടിൽ കൊണ്ടാക്കിയ ശേഷം കല്ലുവാതുക്കലിലേക്ക് മടങ്ങി പോകുമ്പോഴാണ് അപകടം നടന്നത്. ലോറിയിൽ ഇടിച്ച കാർ റോഡ് വശത്തെ മൺതിട്ടയിൽ ഇടിച്ചു മറിയുകയായിരുന്നു. ആറ്റിങ്ങൽ ഫയർ ഫോഴ്സും ഹൈവേ പോലീസും ആറ്റിങ്ങൽ-കല്ലമ്പലം പോലീസും സ്ഥലത്തെത്തിയിരുന്നു. പൂർണ്ണമായും തകർന്ന കാറിൽ നിന്ന് ഏറെ പണിപ്പെട്ടാണ് അപകടത്തിൽപ്പെട്ടവരെ പുറത്തെടുത്തത്.റോഡിലെ ഗട്ടർ കണ്ട് ലോറി ഡ്രൈവർ വാഹനം വെട്ടി തിരിച്ചതാണ് അപകടത്തിന് കാരണമായതെന്നാണ് പ്രാഥമിക നിഗമനം.
Thiruvananthapuram (15-06-2020): Three persons were killed when a car and a tanker lorry collided at Attingal TB junction. The deceased have been identified as Azeem, 32, of Kalluvatukkal, Manish and Prince. Five people were injured. The accident took place at 11 pm on 14-06-2020. A milk tanker lorry coming towards Thiruvananthapuram collided with a Fortuner car coming from the opposite direction.
The accident happened when the bride and groom were returning to Kalluvatukkal after being taken to the bride's house. The car that hit the lorry overturned on the roadside dirt road. Attingal Fire Brigade, Highway Police and Attingal-Kallambalam Police arrived at the scene. The driver of the lorry saw the gutter on the road and cut off the vehicle, which led to the accident.
