കോട്ടയത്ത് കെ.എസ്.ആര്‍.ടി.സി. ബസ് ബൈക്കിലിടിച്ച് യുവാവ് മരിച്ചു

കോട്ടയം (14/01/20) : കോട്ടയം നഗരമധ്യത്തിൽ ബേക്കർ ജംഗ്ഷനിൽ നിയന്ത്രണം വിട്ട കെ.എസ്.ആർ.ടി.സി ബസ് ബൈക്കിലിടിച്ച് യുവാവ് മരിച്ചു. ബേക്കർ ജംഗ്ഷനിൽ നിന്നും നാഗമ്പടത്തേക്കുള്ള ഇറക്കമിറങ്ങുന്നതിനിടെ വരി തെറ്റിച്ച് അമിത വേഗത്തിലെത്തിയ കെ.എസ്.ആർ.ടി.സി ബസ് യുവാവ് സഞ്ചരിച്ച ബൈക്കിലിടിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. രണ്ട് മീറ്ററോളം യുവാവിനെയും ബൈക്കിനെയും വലിച്ചിഴച്ച് കൊണ്ടുപോയ ശേഷമാണ് ബസ് നിന്നത്.

പെരുമ്പായിക്കാട് കിഴക്കാലിക്കല്‍ വര്‍ഗീസ് കുരുവിളയുടെ മകന്‍ കുരുവിള വര്‍ഗീസ് (24) ആണ് മരിച്ചത്.

ഓവര്‍ടേക്ക് ചെയ്തു വന്ന കെ.എസ്.ആര്‍.ടി.സി ബസ് ബൈക്കിലിടിച്ച ശേഷം യുവാവിന്റെ തലയിലൂടെ കയറി ഇറങ്ങുകയായിരുന്നു. യുവാവ് സംഭവ സ്ഥലത്ത് തന്നെ മരിച്ചു.

KSRTC bus rams onto bike in Kottayam, 1 killed 

Kottayam : A 22-year-old youth was killed in a road accident in Kottayam on Tuesday. Ettumanoor native Thomas Kuruvila was killed in the accident that occurred at Baker Junction here.

The bus knocked down the bike and then overran Thomas. He was killed on the spot.
