ശാസ്താംകോട്ട(29-09-2020): നിയന്ത്രണം വിട്ട ഇന്നോവ കാർ ഇലക്ട്രിക് പോസ്റ്റ് തകർത്ത ശേഷം വീടിന്റെ മതിലിലേക്ക് ഇടിച്ചു കയറി അഞ്ചു പേർക്ക് പരിക്കേറ്റു. മൈനാഗപ്പള്ളി കടപ്പകാക്കര വടക്കതിൽ രാധാമണി(69), മണി (55), സുരാജി ഭവനിൽ സുകുമാരൻ ആചാരി(73), ഉഷാകുമാരി(48) എന്നിവർക്കാണ് സാരമായി പരിക്കേറ്റത്. ഇവരെ ശാസ്താംകോട്ടയിലെ സ്വകാര്യ ആശുപത്രിയിൽ പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചു.അപകട സമയത്ത് വാഹനം ഓടിച്ചിരുന്ന ഡ്രൈവർ പരിക്കില്ലാതെ രക്ഷപ്പെട്ടു. തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത് മരണ വീട്ടിൽ പോയ ശേഷം മൈനാഗപ്പള്ളിയിലേക്ക് മടങ്ങി വരവേ 28-09-2020 പകൽ മൂന്നോടെ കുന്നത്തൂർ ഭൂതക്കുഴി ജംഗ്ഷനിലായിരുന്നു അപകടം. ഓടിക്കൂടിയ പ്രദേശവാസികളാണ് അപകടത്തിൽപ്പെട്ടവരെ ആശുപത്രിയിലെത്തിച്ചത്. വാഹനവും വീടിന്റെ മതിലും വൈദ്യുത പോസ്റ്റും പൂർണമായും തകർന്നു. ഡ്രൈവർ ഉറങ്ങി പോയതാണ് അപകടത്തിനിടയാക്കിയതെന്ന് ദൃക്സാക്ഷികൾ പറഞ്ഞു.
Sasthamcotta (29-09-2020): An out of control Innova car smashed into an electric post and hit the wall of a house, injuring five people. The injured have been identified as Radhamani (69), Mani (55), Sukumaran Achari (73) and Usha Kumari (48) of Kadappakakkara North, Mynagappally. They were admitted to a private hospital in Sasthamcotta. The driver of the vehicle escaped unhurt at the time of the accident. The accident took place at Kunnathoor Bhoothakuzhi junction on 28-09-2020 at 3 pm while returning to Mynagappally after going to the house of death in Thiruvananthapuram. The injured were rushed to the hospital by locals. The vehicle, the wall of the house and the electrical post were completely destroyed. Witnesses said the driver fell asleep and caused the accident.
